Custom Heavy Duty - Equipment Benches, Plus...

Whether built to compliment your equipment or to make the most of your available work space, the benefits of custom benchwork are hard to be over sold. The ability to have your equipment stationed at just the right height for what ever tasks are to be performed, as well as to ensure that there is ample space designed into the layout for what ever prep work, setup, or computer work may also be associated. Even beyond achieving a highly functional design for both you and your equipment, are the materials that are used. At New Paradigm Industries, Innovative Solutions Inc. we have chosen to avoid the minimalist trend when it comes to the construction of our benchwork, instead using a standard of between 1/8” and 1/4” gage square tube material. Although the thin gage materials used in most commercially available applications are indeed strong enough for their specified applications, what they all tend to lack is the actual mass necessary to provide any level of vibration dampening which most sensitive pieces of equipment require. When you combine the superior construction and materials used by New Paradigm Industries, Innovative Solutions Inc., with the vibration dampening, levelling, non-slip mounts installed on all of our bench work, you will quickly notice the difference in consistency and performance that these details really do make.   Lastly, a bench isn’t much of a bench without a work surface. For all of our benchwork application we offer work surfaces in both solid epoxy, and phenolic resin. Both of these material options provide fantastic chemical and heat resistance, although each shines in its own range of applications.
