Within this forum web users and clients are encouraged to let loose with some of their lab based frustration and equipment related complaints. In turn, besides providing us with info to spur creativity and identify areas where users seek solutions, we will endeavor to provide the following services: -Direct Solutions For those user problems that can be addressed through an easily communicated solution, NPI, Innovative Solutions Inc. will follow up directly with the user to provide the necessary information or procedure to address their particular challenge completely free of charge. If the nature of the issue and/or solution seems to be relevant to the larger user demographic, it will also be posted online for everyone’s benefit. -Commissioned Solutions For those problems that are too in-depth to present in an easily packaged solution and that may require a certain amount of development, New Paradigm Industries, Innovative Solutions Inc. may reach out to the user to develop a commissioned solution. Once again the fruits of such solutions that are deemed to be useful to the larger user demographic will be advertised and available through the “What’s Your Problem?” forum. -In-House Solutions For those problems and challenges that are shared across a wide enough segment of the user demographic, NPI, Innovative Solutions Inc. may endeavor to develop a solution completely in-house. The final product will be advertised through the “What’s Your Problem?” forum and the contributing users will be directly contacted to be made aware of the available solution to their problem.
