Troubleshooting and Repair
At New Paradigm Industries, Innovative Solutions Inc. we take troubleshooting and repair services very
seriously, as we believe these services represent the front line where the need for process improvement and
innovation becomes most essential. All too often repairs can be made that address the immediate defect but
fail to consider the root cause, resulting in hefty recurring maintenance costs. NPI, Innovative Solutions Inc.
will always endeavor to not only make any required repairs in the best possible manner, but to also consider
the larger application in addressing issues that may contribute to the root cause for equipment and process
failure.
With extensive experience providing these services to the educational research sector, we consider ourselves
very fortunate to have had the opportunity to provide troubleshooting and repair services for a large cross
section of both general and highly specific equipment found in many research labs and commercial and
industrial applications. In addition to the direct expertise of NPI, Innovative Solutions Inc.’s repair
technicians, we pride ourselves on a great history and solid working relationships with many of our
industry’s larger manufacturers. Beyond these industry specific relationships, it is also our pleasure to be
able to leverage our large established network of local and global suppliers, as to provide the most
appropriate parts and components in the most cost effective and timely manner.
